Registration
This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.
If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will only be charged one time for the volunteer/equipment deposit ($250.00). In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.
Picture Day
Picture Day is TBD during practice.
Pride Camp 2024
Below is the Watertown Football 2024 Pride Camp Registration form.
The camp is not mandatory however highly recommended.
This gives our athletes the opportunity to meet their teammates and learn fundamentals.

PHYSICAL DATES
Physical examination taken April 1 and thereafter is valid for the following two school years; physical examination taken before April 1 is valid only for remainder of that school year and following school year.
Example: Physicals for the upcoming 2024-25 school year must be after April 1st of 2023. If the physical was before this date, the athlete must have a new physical before being allowed to participate.
Changes for the 5th/6th Grade Program
* Starting in 2020 the CYF League decided to incorporate 8 man Rookie Tackle for all 5th and 6th-grade teams. This is still full padded tackle football allowing players to experience multiple positions during their transition from flag football to tackle football.
