Registration Fee must be paid before Player is to be on the playing list. Registration Form, Physical Form, Consent/Emergency Form and Release of Liability Form must be completed and hand in before Player is to be on the playing field.

Equipment and Volunteer Deposit is due before or the day of Equipment Hand-Out.  You are able to make installments on the Equipment and Volunteer Deposit as long as it is paid in full by Equipment Hand-Out.  

Watertown Youth Football is a not for profit organization with all volunteer members.  We require each family to volunteer 5 hours of time, completed during the season.

A refund for your Equipment and Volunteer Deposit will be issued when all equipment is handed in, in good condition. And if your family completed 5 hours of volunteer time during the season.  WYF accepts food donations for concessions in place of volunteering your time. We are not affiliated with the Watertown Park & Rec Department and/or the Watertown Unified School District.  We do work with the Watertown High School Varsity program to better prepare our players for an easier transition to Watertown High School Freshman Football.  Any questions or concerns please contact an officer of WYF.
